AT HOME

off to amsterdam

November 30, 2011  in news

I’m off to Amsterdam for a few days with my husband for our 10th wedding anniversary. I haven’t been there since I went inter-railing around Europe when I was 18 and am really looking forward to it.

I’ll be back next week but in the meantime don’t forget to enter the Natural Beauty book giveaway which ends tonight! (click here)

I will do the prize draw next week and let the winner know by email and follow up with a post. Thanks to all those who have entered so far, the comments have been great.

See you next week.

PS The drawing is by my little boy!

Another young artist in the making:) How lucky are your kids to have creative parents?
Saw your book today in ‘Ray Stitch’ and felt proud as I met the author!
How nice to re-visit Amsterdam in your adulthood… you will fall in love with it and have tons of inspiration for your wonderful blog! Happy 10th wedding anniversary.

November was the most dry november of the century (off 1906), but today december 1st i was so optimistic to go to my work by bike and guess: rain! I must admit: very tiny raindrops, but rain.

I hope you both have a wonderfull time in my country. Beware of Zwarte Piet and his sack! I’m very honoured you chose my country for your wedding anniversary.

Have a nice time in Amsterdam! It will be great there, hopefully not too rainy. Here in Bruges it was such a drab and rainy day… And congratulations on your 10th anniversary! Enjoy yourselves! Beware of Sinterklaas & Zwarte Piet who will visit Belgium and Holland on December 6th! 😉
    Love, Inge x
