The Homemade Home book

This is my very first blog post!

It’s been just over one year since The Homemade Home was first published by Cico Books and to celebrate I’ve launched my new website and started this blog to accompany it – Sania Pell At Home.

The response to my book over the last twelve months has been much greater than I had ever thought possible. I had been so caught up in writing, making and shooting it that I honestly hadn’t realised how the internet would mean I would be able to see everyone’s responses so immediately, and from all over the world too. A heartfelt thank you goes out to all those who have bought it, reviewed it and supported me along the way and made this year so special.

This blog is where I will share what I’m working on, my styling ideas, making projects and give you a window into my home. I will be posting regularly so do pop by to see what’s new.

If there is anything you would like to see or hear about do let me know! I would love to hear your comments.

Thank you for visiting and happy making.

Sania x

The key, the buttons, the fabric texure, pin and tapemeasure — I feel right at home here, with everything I love! Your new blog is beautiful. Congratulations.

  8. Hi Sania,
Congratulations on your new blog… it’s gorgeous already! I read all about your work on the Decor8 book launch at Liberty on Holly’s blog – then while at the library last Monday with my little girls I noticed a book on display with your name on it, and immediately grabbed it to borrow. It’s sitting on my bedside table ready for when I get a little quiet time on Thursday. Welcome to the blog world; I hope you love it to bits,
    Steph

Your work is wonderful! I can’t get over the things you do with common everyday items, most of which I would walk past and never think twice about. I definitely think the DIY trend is here to stay! Keep up the good work, I’ll definitely be following.

  16. Sania, Thank you for all the brilliant ideas. Styish good looks from so many different items picked up in boot fairs or …In parents attic, the world is now everybody’s oyster!

Your book is so full of ideas we just keep going over the pages seeing more and more in each picture, and have even made a couple of the projects.

Thanks again and please keep up the good work.

    Kindest regards Brian and Diane.
